Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as a $15 processing fee. All products must be in new, unused condition. Please contact us prior to making a return. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return you can contact us at shelley@jadestonemassagecompany.com.   Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The stones are natural, carved and may vary in colouration, polish, have slight differences in shape, and may contain natural flaws.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

As we ship your stones prior to the workshop date, this amount will be deducted from your refund if the stones have already been shipped. All workshop cancellations are subject to a $50 fee. Any cancellation made prior to shipping your stones will receive a full refund for the course and stone package, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
